Small projects with a direct connection to the natural world around them,

  • Producer-Owned

    As new brands enter the market and the category grows, the presence of large corporations can often create more distance between producers and the final consumer. By working with producer-owned brands we hope to create a more direct connection and revenue stream. This will allow more money to make its way back to producers, giving them more agency in how they navigate the industry.

  • Regionally focused

    Due to the complexity of the market, owning their own brand may not be realistic in certain cases. In these instances, we try to work with curated brands that purchase small production runs from producers in a specific region. In this manner, we hope to promote projects that are intrinsically invested in places they have a direct connection to.

  • Ecologically Mindful

    Spirits are extractive by nature. If we are not careful, we will lose these pieces of regional culture and put the larger environment at risk. While no mezcal is completely sustainable, we hope to showcase projects heavily invested in minimizing their ecological impact. These spirits come from generational harmony with the environment. To abandon that would be a disservice.
